You can obtain Stone Bricks from smelting Stone Blocks in a Furnace.
Broken Stone Bricks and Stone Bricks Background can be obtained through crafting.
Unstable Stone Bricks Platform can be obtained through killing Copper Golems.
The Unstable Stone Bricks Platform are just as the name suggests. They will break after about half a second if a player stands on them, then they will reappear after about four seconds.
